Cendant Travel Distribution Services And Hilton Hotels Corporation Announce New Hotel Online Distribution Agreement

New Agreement Broadens Availability of Participating Hilton Family Hotels for Consumers, Including Vacation Packages and Individual Room Reservations

Chicago, IL – November 14, 2005 – Cendant Travel Distribution Services, part of Cendant Corporation (NYSE:CD) announced today that it has signed a new distribution agreement with Hilton Hotels Corporation (NYSE:HLT) to provide,, and, with access to merchant model hotel room inventory for individual hotel room sales and vacation packages at participating owned, managed and franchised Hilton Family hotels and resorts. The Hilton Family of Hotels includes such premier brands as Hilton®, Conrad®, Doubletree®, Embassy Suites Hotels®, Hilton Garden Inn®, Hampton Inn®, Hampton Inn & Suites® and Homewood Suites by Hilton®.

With this agreement,, and are now fully accredited by Hilton as online distributors of hotel inventory, making more Hilton Family hotel rooms available to their customer base, and allowing travelers to book Hilton Family properties when they make their flight and travel arrangements.

As part of the agreement, Hilton will provide access to merchant hotel inventory to, and via OrbitzConnect, a virtual electronic pipeline to Hilton's reservations system. OrbitzConnect offers Hilton Family hotels a more flexible, real-time approach to managing online hotel and package inventory, while providing travelers a more seamless booking experience.

"Under this agreement, when participating hotels choose to offer merchant model inventory online, they will be able to provide, and with direct access," said Scott Normali, vice president – distribution, Hilton Hotels Corporation. "The direct connection between Hilton's proprietary OnQ reservation systems will result in an enhanced quality of interaction with these accredited online distribution channels. Because all of our participating hotels share a common property management system, they will have direct access to manage their rates and availability in an efficient and dynamic manner."

J.D. Power and Associates noted that had the highest customer satisfaction rating for online hotel booking service among independent travel web sites in its 2005 Independent Hotel Web Site StudySM. J.D. Power and Associates conducted a web-based survey consisting of 3,668 independent hotel Web site evaluations.
