ebookers Removes all Hotel Charges

Online travel agent waives fees on hotel bookings

March 4th 2010 -, one of Europe's leading online travel agents, today announces plans to waive hotel cancellation and amendment fees on its websites.

From today, any customer who has booked a hotel through will no longer pay a fee to ebookers for changes or cancellations, providing travellers with greater flexibility and reassurance when it comes to planning their accommodation.

Customers needing to amend or cancel their bookings previously paid a standard fee to but under the new rules, customers will only be required to pay a fee if the hotel in question has its own cancellation policy in place.

In addition, ebookers has also removed all booking fees across its entire hotel portfolio.
