  • The ticket holder, travel companion or an immediate family member suffers illness or injury
  • The ticket holder is required to attend jury service
  • The breakdown of public transport which the ticket holder is using to travel to the planned flight
  • The ticket holder’s attendance is required at their main residence due to a fire, environmental accident or burglary
  • The ticket holder decides not to fly at least 7 days prior to departure (maximum claim is 50% of the flight ticket’s total price)
