Chicago, IL - May 5, 2005 - Cendant Travel Distribution Services division (TDS), a subsidiary of Cendant Corporation (NYSE: CD) announced today the appointment of Randy Wagner to the position of chief marketing officer, Consumer Travel - Americas, effective immediately. In this role, Wagner will drive marketing for a growing portfolio of consumer travel businesses including Orbitz, CheapTickets®, Lodging.com and Neat Group.

Most recently, Wagner served as corporate vice president of strategic global brand marketing for McDonald's Corporation and is proud to have been part of the marketing leadership team that galvanized the brand's turnaround. Accomplishments include transforming the world's largest packaging system from a cost to brand asset.
Randy began her strategic contribution to McDonald's as an executive vice president, international account director at Leo Burnett, a leading global advertising and marketing agency. Prior to coming to Chicago, she contributed to building brands for a wide range of Fortune 500 companies including Citibank, Chrysler, American Express, Exxon, Campbell Soup and Colgate-Palmolive.
Wagner earned a Ph.D., ABD, in educational psychology from Fordham University in New York, a Master of Education from Boston University, a Bachelor of Arts in art history plus a Bachelor of Science degree in education from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
