Orbitz is the first major merchant in North America to use BlackBerry® devices for this type of promotion, which will run from Jan. 3 through May 15, 2005 or while supplies last.

To receive the free* BlackBerry, customers must sign up for a one year service plan at $29.99/month through a designated service provider. New customers will also receive $85 of mail-in rebates to cover the $35 activation fee and the first monthly service fee.
