The Orbitz Insider Index Finds Great Airfare Prices for Late-Summer Travel

Chicago, IL, August 1, 2007 – Bad weather. Delays. Gas prices. Oh My! This summer travel season has been one of the busiest, and with consistently high gas prices and crowded airports, travelers are asking, "Are the deals worth it to take flight this summer?"

The August Orbitz Insider Index looks at the average cost for available airfares on for late-summer travel to some of the season's top domestic destinations** – Las Vegas, New York, and Orlando.
