Cendant Travel Distribution Services And Intercontinental Hotels Group Announce New Hotel Online Distribution Relationship

Chicago, IL – April 4, 2006 – The Consumer Travel Americas business unit of Cendant Travel Distribution Services, part of Cendant Corporation (NYSE:CD), announced today that it has signed a new distribution agreement with InterContinental Hotels Group. The deal provides Cendant TDS's consumer brands, which include Orbitz ( and CheapTickets (, with access to hotel room inventory for individual hotel room sales and vacation packages at IHG branded hotels and resorts around the world.

IHG properties include some of the world's most respected and well-recognized brands like InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Crowne Plaza Hotels and Resorts and Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express. Through this new relationship, brands like Orbitz and CheapTickets can offer its customers rates directly from IHG's central reservation system.
